Many people know that reading in the dark light is bad for one's eyes.They try to read only under bright(明亮的)light.However,if the light is too bright,it can also have bad results for one's eyes.
Eating too much candy can do something bad for your eyes as well.Too much candy will result in losing vitamin(維生素) B1.Vitamin B1 is very important for your eyes.
It's not so hard to save eyesight(視力) as you expect.Almost everyone can try the following advice(建議).
?Follow the 20 rule:Every 20 minutes,look away from computers or phones you are using.Try not to put them too close to your eyes.Keep your eyes at least 20 cm away from the screens or the desks when you work or study.
