As student，we have classes from early morning till late afternoon.However，to take a ten-minute break between classes is of great important.Otherwise，we may feel tiring both physically and mentally.During the ten-minute break we should do something to get rid of tiredness and should not do anything which will make us be too excited.What we need to do is a real rest instead of get too excited.I usually did some simple exercise during my ten-minute break.Sometimes I have a free chat with my classmates or just take a short walk.For a result，I always feel freshly in the next class.組卷：1引用：1難度：0.7
