  • 22.People around the world are finding different ways to let their stress out during COVID-19.Some have tried running,gardening,cooking—but what about screaming (尖叫)?
       Promote Iceland is encouraging people to scream out their stress. "You've been through a lot this year and it looks like you need a perfect place to let your stress out.Somewhere big and untouched.It looks like you need Iceland," Promote Iceland says. "Even if you can't travel to Iceland,you can also do that.Record your scream and we'll play it in Iceland's beautiful,wide-open spaces.And when you're ready,come and let it out for real.You'll feel better.We promise!"
       The speakers are put at seven places across Iceland.People joining in the activity will receive(收到) a video of their scream.They will see that their scream is played in one of those places.
       "Long-time indoor(室內(nèi)的) living,loneliness(孤獨(dú)) video meetings and disruption(干擾) of daily life have all increased(增加) people's stress," Promote Iceland explained.
       Zoe Aston,a mental health expert(心理健康專家),even offered screaming tips,including choosing what kind of scream to use and how to scream to use and how to scream:stand with your feet apart,bend(彎曲) your knees slightly,relax your shoulders,and scream from your gut(腹部).
       The activity is light-hearted,but Promote Iceland still wants people to take mental health problems seriously during COVID-19.
