She is Wang Qin，a book seller who runs the last newsstand in Liantang.With the development of the Internet，more and more people read on e-books，phones and computers nowadays.It has brought great challenges to newsstands.
More than 10 years ago，Wang Qin and her husband came to Shenzhen from Changshato make a living.Looking back on the changes over the years，Wang Qin mentioned that a few years ago there were many newsstands in Liantang.They competed with each other，but over time，"I heard they all left".
It shows that nationwide 10，468 newsstands closed down between 2008 and 2013.Newsstands all around the world have been influenced by the Internet，not just in China.When the number of newsstands in Paris dropped to 260，the city took actions to improve them.For example，newsstands sold postcards and guidebooks，besides magazines.Ni Shuiyou says that in Paris，newsstands are"landmarks of Paris"and have become part of the beauty of this international city.
