The World Health Organization (WHO) saves that 80% of the world's teens don't get enough exercise to live healthy lives.It did research (研究) on students aged 11 to 17 in 146 countries for about eight years and got the result.
   Doctors say 60 minutes of exercise is important for teens to build up their strength(力量).It's also good for the hear and lungs (心肺).Also,teens won't become fat through exercise .What's more,more and more research is showing that exercise doesn't just help with the body.It can help with the mind,too--making people think better and helping student get good grades.

       Speaking about the work,Zhou said: "It's like some kind of communication between humans and plastics."
       Plastic has a life longer than almost any creature (生物),taking centuries to break down.Though people blame plastics for damage (破壞) to the environment,they are a big part of our daily lives.
