"I have decided to learn Chinese because I would like to become a bridge of communication between Afghanistan and China，" says Adib，a junior boy student in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Kabul University. "More than 90 students including boys and girls are learning Chinese language in our university，" says Hamid Ghulami，director of the department.Ghulami，also a teacher of Chinese language in the department since 2014，says that learners of Chinese have been on the rise.
