【答案】Good afternoon，everyone!I'm Wang Hua.The topic of my speech today is "What Leads to Success".I would like to share my opinions on the most important factor of success and that is time management.
It's indispensable in one's way to achievement.Taking control of time appropriately cultivates a sense of responsibility and self-discipline，holding me accountable for achieving each small goal.It is of great assistance not only in our current learning but also in the future when we approach the workplace.
As in my case，the abilities of time management really benefited me a lot in adapting myself to the new learning model.By prioritizing tasks，every day was in apple-pie order.I arranged for sufficient time for reviewing and previewing，helping boost my study efficiency and consolidate the knowledge.What's more，with a sensible time schedule，my distraction time also went down and thus my hours of work were spent more efficiently and effectively.
On numerous occasions，I found myself free in the afternoon and enjoyed one of my favorite novels leisurely since I had already completed my high-impact tasks for the day.Therefore，my studying momentum and vigor is ensured.
