At school,we should learn to get on well with others,because they can share our sadness.I our free time,we'd better do some exercise to keep healthy and read more books.The more we read,the better our minds  will be.We should ask the teachers for help when we are in trouble.Our teachers have more experience and we can depend on them.What's more,the school should have the courses for the students to keep mentally healthy.
At home,the parents should communicate more with their children,and the grades shouldn't be the only thing .It's the most important thing for us to help ourselves  on our own and make good friends .Good friends  can share happiness and sadness with us.Last but not least,we should take up a good hobby.A good hobby can  help us relax.
