VIRTUAL SPORTS DAY 2023
Dear students，our school would like to hold the Sports Day as usual，but because of the COVID-19，a virtual（虛擬的） one will be held this term to encourage you to take more exercise from home.There are three activities for all of you to take part in.
?Sit-ups（仰臥起坐）：Do sit-ups in 30 seconds（秒）.
Press-ups（俯臥撐）：Do press-ups in 30 seconds.

HOW TO TAKE PART IN IT
Simply watch the videos online，and then fill in an application form （申請(qǐng)表）.After finishing your sport，send us your video of doing the sport online.Once you have completed a sport you can move on to another one.You can do as many sports as you like，but can only do each once.

★20 more points while finishing all the sports
★Another 25 points if you are the best in your grade at a sport
