What foods do you often eat every day？In your opinion，what's a healthy diet？
Here are the four food groups：
Grains（谷物）
Bread，noodles and rice are all grain foods.They can make you feel full easily.And some of them are good choices if you want to lose weight.
Fruits and vegetables

Calcium（鈣） foods
Your body needs calcium to stay healthy.Calcium，in milk，cheese and some vegetables，makes your bones and teeth strong.But how much calcium do you need to take every day？It depends on your age：
