    One day，I was in a busy shopping mall buying a large piece of luggage （皮箱） because I just had the time to make a journey after many days of careful planning.The buying was smooth because there were all kinds of large shops in the mall，where customers could choose whatever they needed.After buying the right luggage in one of the large shops，I picked up my phone from one of my pockets in order to call my driver who was waiting in the parking lot，only to find that my phone was dead.I then asked the shop assistant（售貨員） who had just sold me the luggage （ which was not cheap ） if she could ring my driver who was waiting for me and she replied that it was one of the shop rules that they could not use their own mobile phones while they were working in the shop.
