I'm Li Hua，a senior Grade One student from Xinhua International School.I'm looking for a native English speaker as my new roommate to co-rent a flat to improve our language abilities mutually and share the expensive rent.
Located just outside the school gate，the flat is a 5-minute walk away.It has two bedrooms，two bathrooms，a kitchen and a living room with air conditioners and furniture fully-equipped，which can surely guarantee both of our privacy and convenience.Furthermore，I'm a friendly and outgoing boy who likes to keep things in order，so I like my roommate to be a well-mannered and age-matched boy，sharing much in common.
